Energized Today was a long one. It started with a 3:00am crash of thunder and ended with an 8:30pm downpour. Pricked Baskets are not my thing. I don't have many of them and what I do have came to me as gifts. The rustic style just doesn't appeal to me. I have wanted to weave a bramble basket since late last fall but all of my blackberry bushes were dried and impossible to use for weaving. This just blows Remember 8 years old, music class, the noise from a recorder? Today was worse. In 2005 I visited Australia and learned how to play the Didgeridoo from an extraordinary aboriginal man. I own that instrument and occasionally I make the dying elephant noise that made him cringe. My cats run and hide because the vibration of the sound freaks them out.
